D'oh!

according to the news, venezuelan tv has decided to stop broadcasting 'the simpsons' during the morning 11 o'clock time slot because the show is "unsuitable for children" ... the anti-imperial president hugo chavez (who by the way hosts his own talk show on venezuelan tv) said that the show contains "messages that go against the whole education of boys, girls and adolescents" ... now i personally don't agree with the decision ... to me banning the simpsons borders on sacrilege ... but at least i can understand the rationale behind it ... they're worried about the kids ... ok fine ...

however here's what i don't understand ... the show they picked to replace 'the simpsons' is none other than baywatch ... yes that baywatch ... exactly what message does that send to children?
