i saw this thing in the newspaper today ... kfc has this offer ... if you order delivery for 50 riyals or more you get a free dozen donuts from krispy kreme ... now i'm assuming they are the crappy glazed donuts ... nothing fancy ... but still ... the combination of fried chicken and donuts ...

for those who live in riyadh ... there's a new restaurant opening tomorrow called from nature ... it's located on olaya 30 road ... it's supposed to be a "healthy quick-service restaurant that provides delicious, fulfilling, and nutritionally-analyzed food and beverages" ... so check them out if and when you get the chance ...

Resolutions

i will play basketball for at least an hour every day after work ... our facility has a basketball court so no excuses ... when you finish work ... you change ... play a little bit ... then you go home ...

i will purchase a set of dumbells and use them for at least an hour a day ... you can do it while you watch tv ... or while you listen to music ... or not ... i don't care ... but you have to do it ...

The pipes, often called hookahs or shishas, are perhaps best known in the Middle East and are used to smoke flavored and sweetened tobacco. The tobacco is heated over charcoal, and then is cooled as it passes through a bowl of water and is inhaled from a hose.
Despite the belief of some students, water pipes may expose users to more toxic materials than cigarettes. Each puff has as much as 100 times the smoke as a puff from a cigarette, the study said. And smokers are also inhaling fumes from the charcoal.
