it's based on a comic book .. or should i say graphic novel .. i actually have it downloaded but have never read it .. so anyway .. it is a fun movie .. very original .. kind of geeky but the violence sort of balances that out .. the girl who plays his love interest is hot .. or i thought so anyway .. despite the multicolor hair ..
so brief summary basically michael cera plays scott pilgrim .. a young man who is in a band .. and he falls for this girl .. but in order to win her he must defeat her seven evil exes (see above picture) .. and that's pretty much it .. the battle scenes are the best part about the movie .. so all in all it's a good movie .. nothing spectacular but entertaining nonetheless .. 7/10 ..
