had a meeting with my boss and the logistics manager today ... boss left for a while ... leaving me and the manager alone ... then the manager's phone rang ... imagine my surprise when he answered and began conversing with his caller in french ... i mean fluent french ... he is arab by the way ... i haven't heard someone speak french in ages ... took me back to my days in beirut ... after he ended the call he asked me if i spoke french ... i said no ...
