this movie can be summed up in one word ... mindfuck ... because that's what it is basically ... a mindfuck ... i do agree with prudence that evoking the holocaust was unnecessary ... could've done without that ... the movie is like "the usual suspects" ... in the sense that the movie constructs a reality for you then completely shatters it at the end ... i do plan on watching the movie again sometime so i can catch all the subtle clues now that i know what happens ... also ben kingsley is great ... 8.5/10 ...

Did you see the end coming??At some point the constructed reality stops to make sense and everything starts to point in one direction..the answer to the question "who is the patient number..i forgot what the number was" becomes too obvious!!
Nevertheless..when the moment of truth finally came..I cried!! THe scene at the lake was just heartbreaking..Leo is a GREAT actor.
I plan to see it again...for the same reason as you ;)
rula its not a horror movie u know .. disturbing yes but not a horror movie .. more thriller than horror ..
pru .. i honestly didnt see it coming .. i mean i knew that things were not what they seemed and that there must be a twist coming i just didnt expect the way things ended o_0

i reached the theatre late about 10 mins and then after 40 mins i thought i cant get it because i missed the first part..
so playful and twisted and when the end came i couldnt handle my tears, the view in the lake as Prudence said was heart-breaking, yet i didnt get the complete picture , is he a psycho? or just trapped in the past? hehe really one of non-see again best movies :P
