i am only quoting the article but i do realize calling it a traditional islamic dress is inaccurate
The Barbie in the middle is wearing a tradtional islamic dress. However the two scary looking barbies on either side are not. Why did they have to cover the face?? and what is that a net over the eyes?? who wears that?
the one in the middle is more bedouin than islamic imo .. the other two with the little net they have them in afghanistan i dont think they are found anywhere else ..
I like that kind of dress. If i'm ever to wear Hijab..which I'm not..but you never know..I'd go for this all black look. A black abaya and a black head scarf..they're feminine and delicate..I hate the jilbab, it's so confining and rigid.
