saw two movies this weekend ...


first one is called revolver ... i watched it with my friend who kept telling me how amazing it is ... he's like you're gonna love this movie bla bla bla ... i thought it sucked ass though ... i did not like it at all ... of course he still insists that it's an amazing movie ... but anyway it's jason statham - who i don't like by the way - and ray liotta and andre from outkast and a bunch of people ... and it's supposed to be like this crime-gangster-psycho-thriller ... it's produced by guy ritchie ... crap ... pure crap ... i give it a 1/10 ...


second movie was ghost town ... ricky gervais plays an anti-social dentist ... one day he goes in for a standard medical procedure and dies for a few minutes but they resuscitate him ... anyway because of what happened he's now able to see dead people ... among the dead people he can see is greg kinnear ... kinnear's wife - played by tia leoni - is getting remarried and he wants gervais to help him stop that from happening ... it just so happens that leoni lives in the same building as gervais ... how convenient ... obviously gervais doesn't want to help in the beginning but kinnear eventually convinces him to get on board ... anyway i can't tell you what happens after that obviously ... it's a nice movie ... nothing special but it's decent you know ... not a must-see or even a must-rent ... but if it's on tv and you have nothing better to do it wouldn't hurt to watch it ... also snl's kristen wiig has a very small role in this movie and she's very funny in it ... 6/10 ...


i also got slumdog millionaire and body of lies but i haven't seen those yet ...
