i have two keys on my keychain .. the key to my car and the key to my apartment .. so anyway the other day while i was walking towards my apartment instead of inserting the apartment key into the lock and opening the door .. i pointed my car key toward the door and pressed unlock .. and i wasn't trying to be funny either .. it was an honest mistake ..
yesterday it rained .. not hard but hard enough that i had to turn on my windshield wipers .. but not on the speed where they are constantly moving back and forth .. it was the slow speed where they wipe then wipe again a minute later or whatever .. anyway .. so winter is officially upon us .. some people are wearing jackets to work .. not me though .. not because i'm trying to be a rebel or anything .. it's because all my winter clothes are still in dhahran ..

to be honest i never had to wear a jacket in saudi before i just wore a thick sweater and an abbaya and it used to keep me warm when i go outside... i miss dahrahn
