regarding the situation in lebanon ... or should i say shituation ... i have a lot to say but i'll keep it short ...
first of all ... i am not the least bit surprised that this happened ... it was bound to happen sooner or later ... to me it was never a question of if ... it was only a matter of when and how ...
second of all ... i think what happened is wrong ... very wrong ... i think hezbollah has opened a huge can of worms ... bigger than the one they opened in 2006 ... and i'll say the same thing i said when the whole gaza scenario took place ... it's NEVER a good thing when brothers fight ... and to try and portray what happened as some kind of victory is absurd ...
third ... this is far from over ... i hate to use this analogy but let's not forget that george bush declared "mission accomplished" in iraq almost five years ago ...
and finally i have one word for those people who are saying this is not a civil war ... really?
what is a civil war anyway ... according to wikipedia ...
A civil war is a war in which parties within the same culture, society or nationality fight against each other for the control of political power.
hmmm ... could've fooled me ...
