Good News

remember the company that told me they would make me an offer ... well they called today and made true on their promise ...

now the company is excellent and so is the position ... the salary however is the same as what i was making at my previous job ... exactly the same ...

the job is based in riyadh so i would be moving out of the house which has its pros and cons ... but riyadh is like the worst place to live in all of saudi ... but i have a few friends who live there plus i can come visit my folks every weekend if i want to so it's not so bad ...

it's a logistics job ... my previous job was also in logistics ... so if i do take it - which i think i am going to - then i am pretty much sealing my career path ... i am a marketing major by the way ... so it's goodbye marketing ... but it's a good opportunity so i think i will take it ... i don't really have any other solid leads right now and i'm sick of being unemployed ...
so yeah ... i didn't give them an answer right away ... i told them to give me a day to think about it ... i guess i didn't want to seem desperate i.e. playing hard-to-get ... but like i said i think i am going to take it ... work there for a few years ... and then go do my masters abroad ... where i will meet the girl of my dreams ... and get married ... have kids ... and live happily ever after ...

i would like to thank God first and foremost ... and of course i would like to thank everyone else who prayed for me and supported me ...
in closing ... i leave you with the song starting over by saliva ...

Meet the girl of my dreams, get married and have kids?

Awww. That. Is. Cute.

Riyadh? Ah yes. My family might be moving there too. Just remember, things aren't always as bad as they seem, but yes, life for a bachelor is pretty harsh up there.

=/

Million mabrook..
You can be working and pursue other jobs or schooling, but at least you will be active at work..You know from experience, I found that I was able to find the best of jobs while working..It was tough to find one while unemployed..!!!So don't play hard to get hala2, take it :)how soon you have to move ??

Riyadh has a much drier weather than humid Dhahran, right??

It's all good..best of luck also on your future plans, finding a nice 3arouss,kids....that can be a tougher task :D
I hope you still find time to blog after u move..:)
