first .. first the talk was about dismantling all settlements .. because they were "illegal" as per the UN ..
but then .. then it became ok fine you can keep your settlements .. just don't expand them .. the term they used was "freezing" settlement activity ..
and now .. now it's ok fine you can expand the settlements .. just not beyond their current borders .. oh and don't build any new ones either ..
tomorrow .. tomorrow it will be .....................................

they are not compromising .. compromise is much more honorable than what THEY are doing ..
