i saw this movie called hot rod yesterday .. it's really silly but it's also really funny .. it is an SNL project .. lorne michaels is one of the producers .. and three members of the cast are part of the SNL cast .. andy samberg and bill hader and chris parnell .. the story is about rod kimble (played by samberg) .. an aspiring stuntman who goes around the neighborhood doing tricks on his moped .. his main goal in life is to kick his stepfather's ass in a fight so that he can gain his respect .. like i said it is a silly movie .. it's only meant to make you laugh .. the movie did not do well at the box office and the reviews were not good .. and i do agree .. it is definitely a forgettable movie .. still it's not a bad idea if you are looking for a comedy to rent ..
