i've never read any of the harry potter books .. never seen any of the movies .. nevertheless i found this piece of news interesting ..
Albus Dumbledore, master wizard and Headmaster of Hogwarts, is gay. J.K. Rowling, author of the mega-selling fantasy series that ended last summer, outed the beloved character Friday night while appearing before a full house at Carnegie Hall.

let me start by saying i feel vindicated .. i've always said that harry potter was gay .. i never knew just how true my words really were .. anyway .. you would think it's pretty obvious that someone is gay when their name is albus dumbledore .. on a different note .. i guess the bible-thumpers are going to love this .. now they have some new material .. you know other than the whole witchcraft thing ..
didn't lord of the rings also have some brokeback thing going on .. between frodo and his companion .. i forget his name .. i never read the books .. but someone told me they fall in love at one point in the story ..
and finally .. isn't harry potter supposed to be for children?
