what a joke...this whole nahr elbared would have been so funny...the whole lebenese army finally wakes up and fights for 3 freakin months with a small group of people...OMG i just cant see how they can be so proud of themselves..they are so stupid...where was this army when isreal was attacking lebanon last year...all they wanted was to take over the camp..which they have been wanting to do for sometime...nahr elbared down...what is next..elbadawi? SOBs!
ya sam i agree theres nothing to be proud about .. its a tragedy considering that most of the fath al islam werent even palestinian .. the poor residents of the camp were caught in the middle .. in fact they were first brought in by hariri and co to counter the shia hezballa .. i know u used to live in nahr al bared or near there so i guess the story is more emotional for u
the majority of Absi's operatives were Lebanese[4] and a substantial minority (15-20%) were Saudis,[5] with citizens of Syria and various other Arab and Islamic countries comprising most of the rest. Indeed, on the fourth day of Fatah al-Islam's May 2007 uprising, Lebanese Defense Minister Elias Murr said that there had not been any Palestinians found among the corpses of militants recovered by the Army http://www.mideastmonitor.org/issues/0705/0705_5.htm

It was led by a now-dead terrorist named Shaker al-Abssi, a Paleo. It was run out of Nahr al-Bared, a Paleo town. They nursed it and nurtured it and fed it, and it turned out to be a beast that consumed THEM- just like elsewhere.

Yup- it was actually Rastafarians in Nahr al-Bared that caused all of that violence- with their ganja and all.
Say, Jundi, you didn't take some for yourself before posting, did you? Nah...

Young Palestinians among the camp's 22,000 refugees are thought to be receiving military training from Fatah al-Islam.
The Lebanese authorities say the organisation is inspired by al-Qaeda and works for the Syrian intelligence services.
When will you learn that your violence and terror will not be tolerated by your hosts- no matter where?
