Israel has refused to authorize a meeting between Tony Blair and a senior human rights activist from Gaza, effectively snubbing the former prime minister in his new role as international envoy to the Palestinians.
When Blair arrived in Israel last week he met with Olmert and after the meeting Israel issued a statement saying "Prime Minister Olmert promised to give all necessary assistance to assure the success of Mr. Blair's mission".
Raji Sourani, director of the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, a respected independent association, had been invited for a meeting with Blair in Jerusalem. He has won a number of international human rights awards and was twice named Amnesty International Prisoner of Conscience in the 1980s.
"In a way I was not surprised," Sourani said. "Israel does what it wants and does not care about the results."

Failed jihads sure do suck, don't they?
It will only get worse for the Paleos the more they continue.
I hope they continue until they no longer exist- and I'm sure they will.
