Got Balls?

there's a story on yahoo's most popular page .. about deep fried testicles being sold at a wisconsin festival .. as if it's a big deal .. don't they know lamb testicles are a delicacy here in the arab world .. i remember a certain restaurant from my university days .. i used to order from there a lot .. i remember how one of the items on their menu was a beid ghanam sandwich .. which translates into lamb testicles .. i never tried them before .. anybody know what they taste like?
