if you don't know who dr. laura is .. she is a self-righteous bitch who has her own radio talk show .. people call in with their family problems and she proceeds to lecture them .. that's what makes this story so juicy .. i am familiar with her show because it's broadcast on the armed forces network.
The soldier son of talk radio relationship counselor Laura Schlessinger is under investigation for a graphic personal Web page that one Army official has called "repulsive." The MySpace page, publicly available until Friday when it disappeared from the Internet, included cartoon depictions of rape, murder, torture and child molestation; photographs of soldiers with guns in their mouths; a photograph of a bound and blindfolded detainee captioned "My Sweet Little Habib"; accounts of illicit drug use; and a blog entry headlined by a series of obscenities and racial epithets. The site is credited to and includes many photographs of Deryk Schlessinger, the 21-year-old son of the talk radio personality known simply as Dr. Laura. Broadcast locally on 570 KNRS, "Family Values Talk Radio," the former family counselor spends three hours daily taking calls and offering advice on morals, ethics and values. She broadcast a show from Fort Douglas, in Salt Lake City, last week.
"Yes . . . F---ING Yes!!!" said one blog entry on the Schlessinger site. "I LOVE MY JOB, it takes everything reckless and deviant and heathenistic and just overall bad about me and hyper focuses these traits into my job of running around this horrid place doing nasty things to people that deserve it . . . and some that don't."

I LOATHE this woman but I'm going to admit I listen to her sometimes, NOT for advice but to listen to her pure bs. About a year ago she had a caller who called in about her Muslim Indian son experiencing some racial incidents against him here in the States. She gave this mother AWFUL racist advice saying what do you expect with all the things Muslims have done. I almost wrecked my car I was so PISSED. So I contacted her by email telling her just what I thought of her "advice". She wrote back!!! And had the gaul to tell me off, saying she stands by what she said and her son was going over there to fight this very thing she referred to. What a FREAKING BIGOT!!! There's another scandal going on too and she spoke of it on air herself. Evidently she called military wives a bunch of whiners (not that I have much sympathy for military wives, but it WAS over the top considering these wives love their husbands and are worried and dr. Laura has a son in the military who SHE should worry about, but SHE is a "soldier" too). Some female psychologist for the military BLASTED HER calling dr. laura a disgrace and a fake. This woman LOVES contraversy and wallows in it. The "apple of her eye" isn't such a golden apple so it seems and EVERYTHING she says about parents being responsible for their children's behavior is coming back to bite her. I have NO idea why people call in to her for advice. I have heard her talk to OBVIOUSLY very depressed people in a most UN clinical and MEAN fashion. Quite frankly,I'm surprised some of those calls haven't resulted in suicide since these people are so despondent and get that WITCH'S answer. She is SICK!!!!! My teenager laughed her head off listening to her going on and on defending herself for her OWN hypocracy BTW, do you guys hear her over there?
yeah i mentioned we get her here .. on the armed forces network .. we even get rush limbaugh here on the same network hehe.
and yeah i heard about the military wives comment .. and yes she is a total bitch that is for damn sure .. she always comes off sounding pompous and arrogant .. as if she is on a pedestal looking down on all the degenerate and immoral people who seek her help .. seems to me like she's more interested in judging others than actually giving them any helpful advice .. she kind of reminds me of judge judy hehe .. except judge judy is cooler :D
