Obviously what Israel should do is give the Paleos 1 hour to leave whatever neighborhood they're shooting Qassams from, then carpetbomb until nothing remains. I think that by the time Beit Hanoun no longer exists, there will be no more Qassams.
On the other hand, I would hope that the Paleos would be as stupid as they always are and keep it up until nothing remains.
THEN we can use artillery, then tanks and ground troops.
By the way, ever shoot an RPG? I have.
