i lived in beirut for four years .. 2002-2006 ..and not ONCE did it snow there ..
we got rain .. thunder .. lightning .. even hail on some occasions ..
but never any snow ..

ya despite all the bad news coming out of there i kind of miss it too .. i should add that in addition to rain and hail .. we also had israeli jets in the skies of beirut for a while .. but never any snow :s
